Job Description
The Customer Service/Sales Support Administrator plays a key role in ensuring smooth customer interactions and efficient sales operations. This role involves providing excellent customer support, managing order processing, maintaining accurate data entry, and generating reports to support business needs.
Responsibilities
- Provide timely and effective customer support
- Process orders accurately and efficiently
- Perform data entry tasks to maintain up-to-date records
- Communicate with brand/vendor contacts for updates on product assortments
- Create and maintain marketing copy for products
- Maintain and enter pricing changes per brands
- Communicate with vendors regarding overages, discrepancies, and damages; manage the return-to-vendor process
- Anticipate the needs of the Merchandising/Sales Support Team and provide persistent follow-up
- Generate and distribute reports as needed
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in customer service
