Asset Management Coordinator

Asset Management Coordinator PIPESTONE | Pipestone, MN PIPESTONE is seeking an Asset Management Coordinator to support our Asset Management team through data analysis, reporting, CMMS administration, inventory tracking, and financial reconciliation activities. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, solving problems, improving processes, and collaborating across Operations, Maintenance, and Accounting teams. What You'll Do: Analyze maintenance, project, and asset data Build and maintain Excel reports and dashboards Support CMMS data management and reporting Assist with budgeting, cost tracking, and reconciliations Manage inventory tracking and asset records Help improve workflows and data accuracy What We're Looking For: Strong Excel skills (PivotTables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, formulas) Excellent analytical and organizational abilities Experience with CMMS, asset management, inventory, or accounting is a plus Ability to work independently and as part of a team Compensation & Benefits: $55,000–$65,000 based on experience Paid Single Health Insurance (Family Plans Available) Dental, Vision, Life & Disability Insurance PTO + Paid Holidays Retirement Plan Career Growth Opportunities Join a team dedicated to quality, safety, and supporting local farmers and producers. #J-18808-Ljbffr PIPESTONE
