Youth Transition Coach for Independence
ADP, Inc.
CHI in Miami is seeking a Transition to Independence (TIP) Facilitator to coach up to 15 youth aged 14–21 toward life goals through mentoring, counseling, and skill-building. You will support goal achievement and develop person-centered plans in collaboration with families and schools. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in social sciences or education, six months of relevant experience, CPR certification, and a valid Florida driver’s license; evenings and weekends flexibility is needed. #J-18808-Ljbffr ADP, Inc.
