Join Our Team as a Barista at 3 Loose Beans LLC!
Starting pay will be $12 an hour plus tips. Tips have been ranging from $2-$4 an hour extra for each hour that you work. What You’ll Be Doing As a Barista at 3 Loose Beans LLC, you’ll be the heart of our coffee shop. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and serving a variety of coffee and tea beverages with precision and care.
- Providing outstanding customer service by greeting customers warmly and answering their questions about our menu.
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, including the coffee bar and seating area.
- Assisting with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed.
- Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth operations and a positive atmosphere.
