Join H2 Health as a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) in Richmond, Kentucky. We’re open to Full-Time, Part-Time, and PRN candidates, including new graduates. At H2 Health, we want clinicians to have the support to focus on patient care. For most Full-Time outpatient clinicians, we generally target approximately 10–12 patient visits per day, supported by strong administrative resources and access to Scribe AI-powered documentation technology. At H2 Health - Richmond, you’ll work with a diverse general outpatient population and collaborate closely with Physical Therapists to help patients improve mobility, strength, balance, function, and confidence. Your Role Provide skilled treatment under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist Carry out individualized plans of care and support patient progress Provide therapeutic exercise, neuromuscular re-education, balance, mobility, and functional interventions Monitor patient response and communicate progress with the supervising PT Educate patients on recovery, movement, and home exercise programs Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation Associate degree from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program Current Kentucky PTA license or eligibility for licensure CPR certification, if applicable Strong communication and teamwork skills Commitment to patient-centered care New graduates are welcome to apply; outpatient experience is not required Full-Time: Performance-based bonus opportunities, medical, dental, vision, PTO, paid holidays, 401(k) with company match, and additional benefit options.
