PDC ManagerThe PDC Manager is the senior site leader accountable for customer service excellence, last-mile delivery performance, labor relations, and long-range site strategy, leveraging embedded and emerging automated technologies within the Parts Distribution Center (PDC).Business Acumen & Engineering Leadership Responsibilities:Manage the PDC as a profit-impacting node within a broader distribution networkApply industrial engineering principles (capacity modeling, flow optimization, labor standards, layout strategy)Evaluate service-to-cost tradeoffs, ROI, payback, and risk for capital and technology investmentsCommunicate complex operational and engineering concepts at the executive levelKey Responsibilities:Customer service ownership and senior dealer escalation leadershipLast-mile delivery and carrier performance accountabilityLabor relations leadership, grievance handling, and negotiationsStrategic planning, financial stewardship, and people leadershipAI-enabled decision leadership, analytics governance, and technology adoption oversightBasic Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Labor, Communications, Business, Marketing, or other related field of studyMinimum 10 years of experience in managerial/supervisory in a distribution warehouse environmentKnowledge of Continuous Improvement systems and Lean ManufacturingExperience managing day-to-day operations in a union environmentProven ability to develop and execute a detailed project planAbility to develop analyses to improve current standard processes and seek solutions to improve performanceWillingness to work extended weekday hours and weekends across day/evening shifts, as requiredWillingness to relocatePreferred Qualifications:Master's degree Supply Chain Management or Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Labor, Communications, Business, Marketing, or other related field of studyAbility to manage and identify urgent customer and plant KPI's
