Senior Abstractor Cardiogenic Shock

Utilizing specialty databases to abstract patient data from electronic medical records, the full-time Senior Abstractor Cardiogenic Shock will perform primary data abstraction duties for clinical measures and registries while ensuring high levels of accuracy in a remote work environment. Key responsibilities Abstract patient data for clinical measures and registries, maintaining alignment with quality standards Identify and communicate trends in clinical data to leadership Ensure high levels of abstraction accuracy in accordance with organizational guidelines Required qualifications High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience, OR Associate's/Bachelor's degree, OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job-specific experience At least 2 years of cardiovascular registry experience At least 5 years of clinical cardiovascular experience (e.g., Cath Lab, CV Tech) Experience working with Epic, Meditech, and/or Cerner
