QA Analyst

Supporting the corporate travel division, the full-time remote QA Analyst will manage the quality of end-to-end processes, oversee automation for productivity, and collaborate with operations leadership to enhance service delivery. Key responsibilities Manage User Support Service Desk and evaluate service desk requests for operational issue resolution Participate in client implementations and operational meetings to provide insights on quality control and reporting processes Test and provide feedback on automation and script programming across all GDS and systems Required qualifications 3+ years of travel operations and/or travel experience Practical expertise in two GDS systems, such as Amadeus, Sabre, or Travelport Plus/Galileo Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and priorities Competence with corporate travel industry standards and reservation products Ability to retain and recall information accurately
