Qualifications Paralegal/Legal Assistant needs 3-5 years of experience as a paralegal supporting transactional work wants to see more that has actual contract experience with experience in telecom/media Requires excellent file management and organizational skills Requires strong written and oral communication skills and strong attention to detail Strong preference for candidates with knowledge of cable and entertainment industry Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Paralegal certificate Bachelors degree with strong academic performance required Providing day-to-day legal support for the content legal team in connection with cable affiliation, retransmission consent, and original content negotiations and drafting Assisting with drafting of agreements, such as cable affiliation agreements, new media agreements, digital content licensing agreements, local sporting event agreements, letter agreements, etc. Researching and summarizing provisions in content licensing agreements; Maintaining physical contract files and electronic database Additional Information $25/hr 6 months #J-18808-Ljbffr
