Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Assisting at the front desk to greet our guests and enter them appropriately in the electronic system according to the reason for their visit.
• Taking phone calls, scanning and indexing documentation and processing of faxes.
• Assisting with the making of appointments for outside referrals and testing.
• Ensures that Health Services leadership remains apprised and updated on pertinent matters requiring their attention.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.

Current/active certification as a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) from an approved program of study.

Prior experience with an Electronic Medical Record.

Additional Information

Valid Colorado Driver's license must be maintained at all times.
