The ideal candidate will work with a varied clientele comprising individuals experiencing an array of mental health challenges, from anxiety and depression to more complex behavioral disorders. - A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related fields. \n
- Current licensure as an LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or PsyD is mandatory. \n
- At least two years of experience in a clinical setting, demonstrating solid patient engagement and therapeutic skills. \n
While the minimum requirements are crucial, candidates who possess a Master's degree or higher in a relevant field and have an established track record of success in a clinical environment will be given preference. Experience with telehealth service provision is also beneficial, allowing for smoother client interactions in a virtual setting.
Compensation and Benefits\nThe Mental Health Counselor position offers a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 135,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. South Pine Care Center ensures a supportive workplace by providing a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
