Tax Manager - Hybrid | Path to Tax Director | $120K-$175K + Bonus Are you a seasoned tax professional looking to step into a leadership role with future growth to Tax Director? Join a reputable and stable CPA firm that values your expertise and gives you room to grow. About The Role This firm is seeking a Tax Manager to lead their tax department. You'll work with high-net-worth individuals, small businesses, and partnerships, bringing both technical expertise and a collaborative mindset. Requirements CPA or EA required Extensive public accounting / tax experience required Strong technical command of individual, partnership, and corporate tax Prior leadership in a tax department preferred Willingness to work collaboratively with junior and senior staff members Excellent client service and advisory skills What's In It For You Clear growth opportunities and path to Partnership Competitive base salary + bonus - commensurate with the Big Four Hybrid flexibility (3 days on-site) Half day Fridays - year round (outside of the busy season) Reasonable busy season expectations (typically 55 - 65 hours/week) Tight-knit, low-drama team with long-term staff Opportunity to take the reins from a retiring leader Sound like you or someone you think would be a good fit?
