Customer Service Representative 1 - Contingent

Description

This role is titled Customer Service, however we are not a customer facing department. Our primary role is to receiving incoming cases that are reporting problems, research them thoroughly, respond with root cause analysis and error reporting. Strong attention to detail and structured analytics are a definite benefit.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
