Marketing Coordinator

LHH is seeking a Marketing Coordinator for a contract opportunity with a mission-driven organization in Washington, DC . This position will support marketing communications, email campaigns, digital content, reporting, and day-to-day marketing operations. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling hands‑on execution in a collaborative environment. Responsibilities: Coordinate and execute weekly or biweekly email newsletters Format, proofread, schedule, and occasionally draft newsletter content Support the transition of email marketing activities from Marketo to HubSpot Create, update, and publish LinkedIn content Develop and revise marketing collateral using Canva Complete timely updates to flyers, brochures, and other templated materials Maintain brand consistency across marketing communications and resources Organize newsletters, marketing assets, partner resources, and digital content Track marketing performance and assist with recurring reports Update contact information and maintain accurate marketing databases Support event‑related and year‑end marketing initiatives Collaborate with marketing, business development, and external association partners Follow established processes and SOPs while contributing creative or campaign ideas when appropriate Qualifications: Experience using an email marketing or newsletter platform Experience with Marketo, HubSpot, or a similar platform Strong written communication, formatting, and proofreading skills Excellent organization and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities and respond to time‑sensitive requests Experience supporting marketing communications, campaigns, or digital content Ability to work independently while collaborating with multiple stakeholders Comfort working in an execution‑focused marketing support role Preferred Qualifications: Marketing reporting or analytics experience Experience updating marketing collateral and digital resources Familiarity with Salesforce or another CRM B2B, association, membership organization, nonprofit, or life sciences experience Ability to provide creative input while working within established templates and brand guidelines Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
