The Caleb Nichols Insurance Agency is seeking a motivated and licensed insurance professional to join our team as a licensed sales producer. We're looking for someone who enjoys helping customers protect what matters most while building lasting relationships and growing their career.

Responsibilities
- Generate new business through outbound calls, referrals, internet leads, and networking.
- Quote and sell Auto, Home, Renters, Condo, Life, and other insurance products.
- Conduct policy reviews and identify cross-selling opportunities.
- Follow up with prospects and maintain an active sales pipeline.
- Build strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Meet individual sales and production goals.
- Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
Qualifications
- Active Oklahoma Property & Casualty License (required)
- Life & Health License (willingness to obtain)
- Previous insurance sales experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong work ethic with a goal-oriented mindset
- Comfortable making outbound sales calls
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team
