Our organization, located in the scenic town of Belfast, Maine, is actively searching for a Nurse Practitioner to become a part of our Diabetes and Endocrinology team. This full-time role involves collaboration with a regional team at both our Waldo Hospital and Pen Bay Hospital.

We are looking for a Nurse Practitioner eager to engage in a dynamic, patient-focused practice that serves the coastal communities. Our Diabetes team specializes in the thorough diagnosis and management of endocrine disorders, including thyroid issues and diabetes. The Diabetes and Endocrinology specialty is integrated within our Family Medicine office on the Waldo campus, with an additional location at the Pen Bay campus in the Physicians Building, which accommodates all specialty services.

Qualifications & Experience:
  • Education: A Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year institution and graduation from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program.
  • Licensure/Certification: A valid Maine NP License and DEA registration.
  • ACLS and PALS certifications are preferred.
  • Experience in diabetes management is advantageous.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner is required.
