RN - Telemetry Nurse | Baton Rouge, LA | Night Shift, 12-Hour

What You'll Do:

Provide patient care using the nursing process within the scope of the Nurse Practice Act
Assess patients' needs and implement appropriate nursing interventions
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care
Delegate tasks to licensed and ancillary staff as needed
Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to regulatory standards
Embrace culturally sensitive approaches to patient interactions
Support department goals through quality improvement initiatives

What You Need:
Required:

Current Louisiana RN license
Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience
BLS certification from the American Heart Association
Proficiency with computers and web-based applications

Preferred:

Certification in a clinical specialty area
Experience in telemetry or cardiac care
Strong communication and organizational skills
