Qualifications A positive, team-focused mindset A passion for exceptional customer service A commitment to quality and consistency Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship Previous barista or beverage preparation experience is a plus - but not required Bilingual abilities are a plus (Excellent verbal and written communication skills required in English & Spanish) Responsibilities Beverage Creation Prepare a variety of beverages, including McCafé drinks, espresso-based beverages, blended ice drinks, and fountain beverages Follow all recipes and preparation standards to ensure consistency Operate beverage equipment, including espresso machines and drink stations Take pride in every drink you craft - aiming to Win the First Sip every time Quality & Consistency Ensure every beverage meets McDonald’s presentation and quality standards Maintain strong attention to detail and accuracy Balance speed with high-quality execution Station Management Keep beverage stations clean, organized, and fully stocked Monitor inventory levels and communicate needs to leadership Follow all sanitation and food safety procedures Customer Interaction Provide fast, friendly, and accurate service at the front counter or Drive-Thru Create memorable guest experiences through energy and professionalism Deliver drinks that not only meet expectations - but exceed them Team Support Collaborate with team members to ensure accurate and timely beverage service Communicate clearly with order takers and kitchen staff to maintain drink accuracy Support high-volume periods by prioritizing and organizing beverage orders efficiently Assist in ensuring all beverages are prepared and handed off correctly for each order Maintain strong teamwork to deliver a smooth and consistent beverage experience for every customer Training, Certification & Development No experience?
