Registered Nurse – Long-Term Care

Weekend PM Shift 2pm-10:30pm with a rotation as follows:

Saturday: 2pm-10:30pm
Sunday: 2pm-10:30pm
Wednesday: 2pm-10:30pm
Friday: 6am-8:30pm

Alternate rotation:

Saturday: 6am-8:30am
Sunday: 6am-8:30am
Wednesday: 2pm-10:30pm

Assignment Details

Various shifts available, holiday coverage required.

Requirements

Wisconsin Registered Nursing license
Current CPR/BLS certification
Two-year degree in nursing required; four-year degree preferred
Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail
0+ years of experience required; 1+ years preferred

Responsibilities

Assist with day-to-day nursing activities
Communicate significant changes in resident condition to physicians and families
Complete resident assessments and medication administration while following protocols
Perform wound care and assessments as necessary
Monitor residents for changes in condition and lead on-floor decisions
Maintain accurate resident records and report any allegations of abuse or neglect
