Description
American Traveler is seeking an Outpatient Physical Therapist with at least 2 years of experience for a clinic setting in Silt, Colorado.
Details
- Outpatient physical therapy clinic setting in Silt, Colorado
- Schedule consists of 4-10 hour days per week with varying days and no weekends
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans for a variety of diagnoses
- Focus on improving patient strength, ROM, balance, safety, and function
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy required
- Current Colorado PT license (DORA) or compact license required if applicable
- Minimum 2 years of PT experience required; 3-5 years preferred
- BLS certification through the American Heart Association required
- Flu vaccination required with no declinations accepted, applicable October 1st through April 1st
- Must provide current SSN and DOB for consideration
Additional Information
- Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs
- Candidates must reside at least 75 miles from the facility to be considered; local candidates not eligible
- Housing opportunities may be available directly through the facility based on availability
