As a Manager you are expected to supervise, develop, and coach teams, manage client service accounts, and drive assigned client engagement workstreams by independently solving and analyzing complex problems to develop top-quality deliverables. You are responsible for leveraging team strengths, managing performance to deliver on client expectations, and identifying opportunities to enhance business processes.Responsibilities- Lead creation and implementation of cash flow strategies- Supervise, develop, and coach teams- Manage client service accounts and engagement workstreams- Solve complex financial problems to deliver quality results- Leverage team strengths to meet client expectations- Identify opportunities to enhance business processes- Utilize technology to improve working capital management- Maintain compliance with firm’s standards and methodologiesWhat You Must Have- Bachelor's Degree- 5 years of working directly in a consulting environment advising corporations on finance, cash and working capital transformation and/or technology enhancementsWhat Sets You Apart- Master of Business Administration in Finance, Accounting, Finance & Technology, Information Technology, Data Processing/Analytics/Science, Analytics preferred- CPA, CTP or CFA preferred- Conducting in-depth analysis of working capital performance- Implementing working capital systems and payment tools- Utilizing data analytics tools- Leading working capital management projects- Supporting business development activities- Simplifying complex information for stakeholders- Leveraging digital technologiesTravel RequirementsUp to 80%Job Posting End DateThe salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $232,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
