Clinical Medical Director Full Time | Toppenish , WA | Permanent Job Id: LE20840 We are a patient-centered medical home that is passionate about providing high-quality and comprehensive care. Our team-based approach means you will be part of a dedicated care team focused on community health. As the Clinic Medical Director at Toppenish Medical Dental Clinic, you can lead a team while developing and cultivating patient relationships by managing your patient panel.
This is a dual-impact position :
You must complete an ACGME/AOA-accredited Family Medicine Residency program to be considered for this position.

- 70% Clinical - Deliver compassionate, high-quality care to a diverse patient population.
- 30% Administrative - Lead clinical teams, drive performance, and support strategic goals in partnership with clinic operations leadership.
- A Family Medicine Physician passionate about community health and family medicine.
- An experienced healthcare professional committed to working with underserved patient populations who would take on clinic leadership responsibilities while managing their patient panel.
- Proudly serving a largely migrant and Latino community
- Full scope panel including pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients
- Certified bilingual Medical Assistant dedicated to assisting in translation and patient care
- 1.0 FTE (40 hours per week)
- EMR system is EPIC
- Clinic Operational Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:30 am - 8:00 pm; Saturday, 9:00 am - 4:00 pm
- New Hire Guarantee: $317,264.00
- Annual CMD Stipend: $10,000.00
- Hiring Bonus of $30,000.00
