Whether on the course, in the clubhouse, or behind the scenes, every team member plays a part in the experience that makes Tanoan Country Club a special part of the Albuquerque community.Job Purpose: The Busser supports an exceptional dining experience by maintaining cleanliness, organization, and readiness throughout Front of House and service areas. This role works closely with hosts and servers to ensure tables turn efficiently, guests feel welcomed, and service flows smoothly.Responsibilities:Greet and assist guests in a warm, friendly mannerPrepare dining areas by cleaning and resetting tablesFollow all sanitation, safety, and health policiesClear tables between courses and reset settings promptlyRefill water glasses and remain attentive to guest needsSupport servers by stocking service stations, condiments, and suppliesMaintain cleanliness of dining rooms, service areas, and bus stationsRemove trash and recyclables and replace liners as neededAssist with closing duties including cleaning chairs, tables, and floorsPerform other reasonable duties as assigned by leadershipQualifications:Friendly, courteous, and guest-focused demeanorWorks well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environmentOrganized and detail-oriented with flexibility during serviceInterest in growing within the food and beverage fieldOperates with professionalism, integrity, and respectAbility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as neededHigh school diploma or equivalent preferredWorking Conditions:Schedule varies based on business needs and may include evenings, weekends, and holidaysFrequent movement throughout dining and service areasExtended periods of standing and walkingAbility to lift or carry up to 30–50 poundsMay assist with resetting tables, moving furniture, or supporting team needs during peak periodsVision requirements include close, distance, peripheral, and color vision, and the ability to adjust focusWork environment may include loud noise levels, cleaning chemicals, hot or cold food items, and fast-paced conditionsAmerican Golf Corporation is committed to equal employment opportunities for all.
