You will see first hand, lives change, beginning with your own and those around you.Three Smiles LeadershipThe Dental Team - As an assistant department head, you will be responsible for the business operations of the patient journey, including patient scheduling, reception, supporting the patient experience, visit completion, and patient return. With the support of your office leader, you will lead a team of practice team members to change lives, one smile at a time.The Patient - As one of the Chief Smile Ambassadors of the practice, you are the gatekeeper of the patient journey. Through your leadership, you will welcome patients and guide them through their journey to oral health and happiness. When a patient smiles, you have changed a life. Help us get to know you in a meaningful way, so together we can decide on where we go from here."Your Smile is Our Smile"RequirementsPrevious experience (3 + years) as the office/practice manager of a busy service oriented multi-specialty dental practice.Must love people, working in teams, and demonstrate an aptitude for having fun, leading bravely, and creating greatnessA demonstrated commitment to an exemplary employee and patient experienceAssociates degree with 5+ years of relevant experience OR a Bachelor degree with 3+ years of relevant experienceDemonstrated knowledge and understanding of dental practice operations and managementFamiliarity or experience with dental practice management systems preferably Dentrix/AscendUnderstanding of managerial and financial reporting and financial principles (i.e., practice management reports, production reports, financial statements) is a plusWillingness to build trust to achieve results #J-18808-Ljbffr Espire-Dental
