• End Date/Duration: Permanent position
• Shift: 24-hour shifts, block scheduling, flexible out-of-house call
• Hours/week: Full-time (schedule varies)
• Employment Type: Permanent, employed
• Licenses/Certifications: Board Certified in Neonatology
• Experience: Prior NICU experience preferred

Pay & Benefits:

• Hourly Pay Rate: $1.00 (Inclusive of base salary, compensation package discussed at interview)

What You’ll Do:

• Provide specialized neonatal care for a Level II nursery in a community hospital setting
• Collaborate with pediatric hospitalists and neonatologists to deliver family-centered care
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical research projects
• Support and participate in clinical protocols and best practices
• Engage in team-based patient care alongside multidisciplinary providers
• Contribute to expanding neonatal services and initiatives

What You Need:

• Valid medical license for Virginia or eligible to obtain
• Board Certification in Neonatology
• Minimum of 1-2 years NICU experience preferred
• Strong communication skills and team-oriented attitude
• Commitment to family-centered care and quality outcomes
