What You'll Do

• Provide outpatient adult primary care, including diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of acute and chronic conditions
• Conduct physical exams, health assessments, and patient education
• Order and interpret labs, imaging, and other diagnostic tests
• Prescribe medications and manage treatment plans
• Collaborate with specialists and healthcare team members for comprehensive patient care
• Supervise and mentor medical trainees and interns
• Document patient encounters in compliance with HIPAA standards
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and ongoing medical education
• Manage preventive care and chronic disease monitoring

What You Need
Required:

• MD or DO degree from an accredited U.S. or approved international medical school
• Completion of an ACGME-accredited residency in Internal Medicine
• Valid California medical license
• Current BLS certification (AHA or ARC)

Preferred:

• Outpatient primary care experience
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Strong communication and patient management skills
