The RN Supervisor works in accordance with local practice acts and regulations, delegates and ensures supervision of nursing activities appropriate to their scope of practice. The RN Supervisor assumes responsibility and accountability for the quality of care delivered; ensures a safe environment for patients and staff. The RN Supervisor acts as a patient advocate to promote the quality of health care and serves as a leader to promote best practices within nursing.
