Responsibilities include: conducting assessments, developing and updating individualized care plans, coordinating care with interdisciplinary teams, delegating tasks, monitoring quality, and ensuring patient safety. Ensures compliance with organizational policies, regulatory standards, and safety protocols. Participates in quality improvement, patient education, and documentation, advocating for patients and fostering effective communication. Maintains professional licensure, reflects on practice for continuous improvement, and supports seamless care transitions. Qualifications: Associate degree in Nursing (Bachelor's preferred), at least one year of RN experience or equivalent residency/training, current RN license recognized by NCSBN Compact or applicable state licensing. Skills & Abilities: Knowledge of safety, compliance, and quality standards, strong assessment and communication skills, ability to collaborate with healthcare teams, and commitment to professional development. Additional Details This position reports to a supervisor, involves variable shifts, and is located in an inpatient hospital setting.
