What You'll Do:- Greet and assist customers in finding the right vehicle for their needs.
- Build lasting relationships by delivering 5-star customer service from first contact to after the sale.
- Guide customers through the buying process with transparency and professionalism.
- Follow up with leads (phone, text, email) and maintain ongoing communication.
- Present additional products such as service plans, warranties, and accessories.
- Positive, energetic, and coachable team players.
- Strong communication and people skills - no sales experience required!
- Self-motivated with the drive to achieve and exceed goals.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
- Valid driver's license.
