Key Responsibilities

Support the Kitchen Manager: Assist in overseeing kitchen operations, manage staff, and ensure seamless workflow.
Lead by Example: Work on the line, expedite orders when necessary, and set the standard for quality and efficiency.
Ensure Top-Notch Food Quality: Guarantee that every dish leaving the kitchen meets our high-quality standards.
Train and Mentor the Team: Help onboard new hires and keep the kitchen staff motivated and informed.
Stay Organized and Problem-Solve: Manage inventory, prep lists, and address any operational issues that arise.
Maintain Health and Safety Standards: Ensure a clean and safe kitchen environment for all team members.

Requirements

Strong leadership skills and team-first mentality.
Experience in a high-volume kitchen environment.
Ability to maintain efficiency and composure during peak hours.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
A passion for food and commitment to quality.
Previous kitchen management or supervisory experience preferred.
