WHAT'S THE SCOPE?

Pay : We offer our Mortgage Account Executive - Real Estate Investor competitive earnings of $48,000-$350,000 annually , including a base salary and commission structure incentives that allow you to take control of your income.

Schedule : This is a full-time onsite position, working Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM.

 

YOUR CONTRIBUTIONS MATTER

As our Mortgage Account Executive - Real Estate Investor, you'll spend time engaging with investor clients, following up with warm leads, reconnecting with existing contacts, and building relationships with referral partners. Throughout the day, you'll help investors evaluate financing options for investment properties and renovation projects, answer questions, manage expectations, and coordinate closely with internal lending teams to keep transactions moving forward.

 

WHAT'S REQUIRED?

• 1+ year success in sales or client relationship work (mortgage industry preferred)
• Strong communication, listening, and presentation skills
• Self-driven, goal-oriented mindset

A bachelor's degree, as well as an interest in real estate, construction, property management, or fix and flip, is preferred.
