• Shift: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm, Monday – Friday (1-hour unpaid lunch)

What You'll Do

• Manage a patient load of 12–15 patients daily, focusing on both hematology and oncology cases
• Collaborate with a small, dedicated team including one other MD and three RNs
• Conduct consultations and participate in patient management, primarily within the clinic setting
• Utilize Epic electronic medical record system for documentation and coordination
• Support hospital consultation needs as required
• Ensure quality patient care and compliance with practice protocols
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of oncology and hematology treatment guidelines

What You Need

Required:

• Board certified or eligible in Oncology or Hematology
• Active state license in Minnesota or ability to obtain
• At least 3 weeks/month availability, full-time preferred
• Commitment of 6 months or longer

Preferred:

• Prior experience working in outpatient oncology/hematology settings
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
