Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health needs and collaboratively develop personalized treatment plans that reflect their goals.
• Deliver individual therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based techniques tailored to each client’s unique situation, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT).
• Establish therapeutic rapport with clients, guiding them towards creating actionable goals and diligently monitoring their progress.
• Provide teletherapy options for clients who prefer virtual consultations, enhancing accessibility for those with mobility restrictions or geographical barriers.
• Maintain comprehensive and timely records in compliance with ethical standards and regulatory guidelines.
• Engage in ongoing professional development to refine your clinical skills, attend training sessions, and stay informed of advancements in mental health practices.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or possess a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for fostering a safe, trusting therapeutic alliance.
• Demonstrable empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental approach to client experiences and challenges.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to effectively manage a diverse caseload.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in teletherapy or remote counseling methods is highly desired, enabling you to adapt to technology-facilitated environments.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems for documentation and client management.
• A background in dealing with a variety of therapeutic modalities and mental health conditions will be advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive annual salary range between $80,000 and $104,000, commensurate with experience and caseload.
