Key Responsibilities\n

  • Conduct comprehensive client assessments to evaluate mental health needs, establishing personalized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.

  • Provide one-on-one psychotherapy sessions through telehealth platforms, focusing on effective treatment modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and medical professionals, to ensure integrated care for clients.

  • Document client progress and treatment effectiveness in accordance with compliance standards and organizational policies, while minimizing administrative burdens.

  • Participate in ongoing training and supervision sessions to enhance clinical skills and stay updated on the latest mental health research and practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our practice serves a varied patient population with an emphasis on individuals facing mood disorders, anxiety, and relationship challenges. You will work closely with clients from diverse backgrounds, providing culturally sensitive care that respects each individual’s unique circumstances and experiences.

Qualifications\n

  • Active licensure as an LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT in Washington state.

  • Master's degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

  • Proficient understanding of psychopharmacology to enhance collaborative care strategies.
  • \n
  • Experience in evidence-based treatment modalities, particularly in managing mood disorders, is essential.

  • Outstanding communication skills and a proven ability to build rapport with clients from varying cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds.
