We are currently seeking a motivated leader to manage our crews.What You'll DoLead, train, and oversee landscape maintenance crews on-siteInspect properties to keep them neat, safe, and on scheduleOperate mowers, trimmers, blowers, and other equipmentDrive the company vehicle and maintain it properlyReport daily to Operations Managers on property performanceSubmit timesheets, inspection reports, and daily debriefsWhat You NeedLandscape experience required — this is a must for the role4+ years of grounds maintenance experienceExperience leading at least 2 people directlySkilled with plant ID, pruning, mulching, mowing, and edgingComfortable with 2-cycle equipment (chainsaw, brush cutter, shears)Valid driver's license, 21 and over required; a Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) will be runComfortable working outdoors and lifting up to 50 lbsBenefits: Medical (HDHP & PPO), Dental, Vision, 401(k) with Match, PTO & Paid Holidays, Life & Disability InsuranceReady to lead a team and grow your career?
