SHOP MANAGER (LB)

Pay Range: $25.00-$30.00/hr., Depending upon qualifications and experience

Monday-Saturday 7AM-5PM

Job Statement:

We are looking for a Shop Manager to coordinate daily administration
operations and oversee staff at Main Shop Facility. Work as the point of reference for ownership requests and tasks. Work as the liaison between the Main office and the Shop. We are looking for an individual with leadership skills and extensive experience with Shop Management that can direct the work of others and make quick decisions. You must be well-organized and favor safety above everything else.

Essential Functions/Qualifications:

• Plan, implement, and manage in accordance with priorities and goals
• Manage time off request and office coverage
• Oversee daily administration functions of the shop office.
• Guarantee all safety precautions and quality standards are met
• Dispatching drivers for pick-ups and deliveries
• Communicating with vendors regarding freight details, delivery or pick up times
• Issue Purchase Orders and maintain access database
• Assist with obtaining proper approvals on invoices
• Daily gathering and processing of timesheets
• Assist ownership with logistics associated to purchases/sales of equipment
• Maintain Equipment Inventory list and picture boards
• Resolve problems when they arise
• Any other duties as assigned by Manager

Job Requirements:

Education/Experience:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Software
• Office equipment – 10 key, copier, fax machine
• Aptitude in Math

• Plan, organize and prioritize workload
• Work with minimal Supervision
• Interact well with others
• Bi-lingual English/Spanish (preferred)

Physical Requirements:

• Sit for an extensive period of time
• Perform tasks using standard computer equipment

Work Environment:

• Limited noise level
• Outdoor climate – extreme heat and cold temperatures
• Monday-Friday
• Occasional Weekends required

Personal Protective Equipment Required:

• Side shield safety glasses, safety vest, head/ear protection and proper footwear when at
  construction sites
