Bilingual Mandarin-Speaking In-Home Caregiver Positions – North Valley | Flexible Scheduling & Consistent Shifts
(North Phoenix, Scottsdale, Carefree, Cave Creek, and Fountain Hills)

Phoenician HomeCare is currently adding compassionate caregivers to our growing team. We provide non-medical home support services to seniors throughout the Phoenix metro area and have proudly served local families since 2018. Our agency is locally operated and focused on creating a positive, supportive environment for both clients and staff.

We are currently seeking caregivers who are able to communicate fluently in Mandarin and English to support clients who prefer care in Mandarin.

What You’ll Do

As an in-home caregiver, you’ll help seniors maintain independence and comfort in their own homes. Duties may include:

• Friendly companionship and engagement
• Assistance with daily routines and personal care
• Light housekeeping and simple meal preparation
• Medication reminders
• Accompaniment to appointments or errands, when needed

Your support allows clients to remain safely at home while giving families peace of mind.

What We’re Seeking

• Ability to communicate fluently in Mandarin and English
• Reliable and compassionate individuals
• Availability for day or overnight shifts
• Commitment to at least 4 consecutive hours per shift
• Dependable transportation
• Previous caregiving or related experience required
