Family-Centered Treatment Practitioner
Pressley Ridge
Pressley Ridge is seeking a Family Centered Treatment Practitioner to deliver structured, goal-oriented care in the home and community. The role focuses on keeping families together and reducing out-of-home placements, with responsibility for crisis management, goal setting, and coordination with other providers. The ideal candidate will work within service counties, engage with families in multiple systems, and complete required documentation and supervision to maintain fidelity to the program. #J-18808-Ljbffr Pressley Ridge
