Warehouse Dispatcher

Shipping Floor CoordinatorReviewing and distributing work orders to Shipping Floor conferring with Shipping Supervisor to determine progress of work and completion times.Position Responsibilities:Dispatch tickets to floor on a daily basis.Maintain dispatch log for accuracy.Invoicing process including, tripping, logging and ship confirm.Dock assistance; driving, wrapping, banding and tagging skids.Assist UPS; pull orders as needed.Pull Freight orders as needed.Assist Customer Service Technicians as needed.Other duties as assignedSpecific Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Competencies:Effective time management, organizational and planning skills are essentialCritical thinking, decision making and problem-solving skillsAbility to work within a team or independently as neededStrong written and verbal communication skillsDetail oriented and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environmentComputer experience with MS OfficePosition Qualifications:Education: HS graduate or equivalent requiredExperience: 1+ years of prior warehouse shipping experienceExperience in shipping scheduling environment preferredWork Environment and Physical Requirements:Warehouse EnvironmentActivityConstantly - 6+ hours: Stand, Walk, Twist/Turn, Stoop/Bend, Squat, KneelRepetitively – 6 + hours: Lift to 75 lbs., team lift up to 110 lbs.Occasionally - 1 to 6 hrs.: Reach above shoulders.Vision abilities required to validate and enter data on computerDisclaimer : This list does not represent all physical demands.
