Little Tides ABA is committed to providing high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to individuals with autism and related developmental disabilities. Role Description
Little Tides ABA is hiring a contracted BCBA to serve as Clinical Director for a new ABA practice in Port Charlotte and Tampa Bay, FL. You focus entirely on clinical excellence — assessments, treatment plans, RBT supervision, and parent training. We handle all operations, billing, and admin. Competitive per-hour contractor rate. Flexible schedule. In-home and telehealth services. If you want to do great clinical work without the business overhead, we want to hear from you.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Behavioral Health, Clinical Supervision, and Applied Behavior Analysis
- Background knowledge in Psychology, Mental Health, and Behavioral Sciences
- Familiarity with principles of Medicine as they pertain to behavioral and developmental care
- Certification as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is required
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Ability to work on-site and adapt to the needs of the clinic and clients
- Experience in creating and implementing individualized treatment plans
- Master's degree or higher in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field
- Familiarity with applicable healthcare laws and ethical standards
