Work Environment\n

This position is fully remote, allowing you to maintain a work-life balance while engaging meaningfully with clients. You will operate within a structured work schedule from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, which helps ensure that you can provide consistent support to our clients as well as collaborate with colleagues effectively. Key Responsibilities\n

  • Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments through virtual consultations, ensuring an accurate understanding of each client's unique challenges.

  • Develop individualized care plans tailored to the specific needs and goals of clients, incorporating evidence-based therapeutic practices.

  • Engage with clients regularly through scheduled sessions, providing emotional support and guidance in managing their mental health conditions.

  • Collaborate closely with care managers and other medical providers to create holistic treatment approaches that address both mental and physical health.

  • Maintain up-to-date documentation of client interactions, treatment progress, and adherence to clinical protocols, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients you will serve consist of diverse populations facing various mental health challenges. This includes individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and other psychological conditions. You will play a crucial role in supporting these clients as they navigate their mental health journeys, fostering an environment of trust and open communication that promotes healing and resilience.

Qualifications\n

  • A valid New York State licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) is required.

  • A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a closely related field.

  • Strong interpersonal skills, allowing for effective collaboration with multidisciplinary teams and engagement with diverse clients.

Preferred Experience\n

  • At least two years of experience in a mental health counseling role, demonstrating proficiency in client assessment and therapeutic practices.

  • Experience using electronic health record (EHR) systems for documentation and care coordination is highly advantageous.

  • A background in evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or similar modalities is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n
