Your Role: Field Technician I What You’ll Do Assist senior technicians during pole inspection projects Carry and handle tools, equipment, and materials needed on site Record and organize inspection data under supervision Mark poles, attach identification tags, and perform basic ground-level tasks Ensure the worksite remains clean, safe, and organized Follow all safety procedures, including PPE requirements and traffic/work zone protocols Support the crew by performing general labor and helper duties as assigned Maintain a professional attitude with coworkers, supervisors, and the public What You Bring: High school diploma or equivalent No prior experience required; training provided Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team Strong work ethic and reliability Physically able to walk long distances, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs.
