Active Michigan COTA license required to start the assignment. BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required. Experience working in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting preferred. Ability to follow treatment plans under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist. Assignment Details Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility. Shift Name: Days. Shift Details: Days 0830-1630. Standard schedule: Five 8-hour shifts per week. Assignment Length: 12 weeks.
