Service Writer Opportunity At Woody Buick GMC

We are Woody Buick GMC in Naperville, Chicaogland's largest and fastest growing General Motors dealership focused on customer satisfaction and community. We are seeking a Service Writer that is passionate about providing an exceptional experience for customers and their team. Compensation: $60,000 - $120,000 annually

Responsibilities:

• Seek opportunities to provide an exceptional experience.
• Ensure that customers receive courteous and efficient service.
• Greet customers in a friendly manner and obtain vehicle information.
• Provide updates on vehicle status, concerns, warranties, maintenance and repairs.
• Follow dealership and manufacturer guidelines and procedures.
• Work in a fast-paced environment with limited supervision.
• Review individual CSI, sales and production metrics daily.
• Set goals for individual performance and seek opportunities to improve.
• Drive business through training and high-level involvement in operations.
• Collaborate with coworkers to solve problems for customers and the department.

Qualifications:

• Must possess exceptional customer service and organizational skills
• Capable of paying attention to details while multi-tasking
• Ability to work both independently and within a team environment
• Prior work experience in a customer service or retail environment preferred
• Strong desire to set and achieve goals
• Demonstrated communication and interpersonal skills
• Average to advanced computer skills
• Valid in-state driver's license
• High School diploma or equivalent
