Position Overview:

Base salary is $32,400, and average commissions and bonuses in your first year will be around $40,200. Our top earners made $113,500 last year.

Responsibilities- Engage with potential clients to understand their insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage options.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term satisfaction and retention.
- Provide expert advice on various insurance products, including auto, home, life, and commercial insurance.
- Handle client inquiries, policy changes, and claims assistance promptly and professionally.
- Meet or exceed sales targets through prospecting, networking, and referrals.
- Stay informed about industry trends, product updates, and regulatory requirements.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on customer service.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to succeed.
- Ability to build rapport and maintain trust with clients.
- Licensed in Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health Insurance (or willingness to obtain).
