Senior Product Manager - Kitchen

Salary: $138,000 - 153,000 per year Requirements:

• We bring 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in operations-focused products.
• We have experience launching initiatives from zero to one in a startup or early-stage environment.
• We communicate clearly in writing and verbally, and can translate complex ideas for non-technical stakeholders.
• We have strong technical fluency, with experience using tools such as SQL, Looker, Jira, and Confluence for project management and data analysis.

• We create and execute short- and long-term roadmaps for the Kitchen Product in line with our company vision.
• We own product features end to end, including definition, scoping, prioritization, testing, and impact evaluation.
• We partner cross-functionally with engineering, design, and store teams to define features, set priorities, and measure outcomes.
• We champion the user experience by regularly visiting stores, gathering feedback, and turning insights into improvements.
• We work with stakeholders to balance and prioritize requests and features across competing needs.
• We analyze data to generate user insights that help us optimize products and features.
• We help scale kitchen operations and improve systems that support order accuracy, prep times, ETAs, and customer experience.
• We support new product offerings such as Catering and Corporate Lunch Delivery.
