Med Care Manager (LPN/RN)

The LPN Medication Nurse provides licensed nursing support in a senior living environment, ensuring resident safety through accurate medication administration, health monitoring, and detailed clinical documentation. Key Responsibilities: Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders while following the Six Rights of Medication Administration Accurately document in MAR/TAR and support care plan updates Monitor symptoms, report adverse reactions, and conduct Service & Health Updates (SHUs) Transcribe physician orders and observe physical, emotional, or cognitive changes in residents Maintain medication carts, conduct narcotic counts, and ensure compliance with regulations Report health changes early and assist in safeguarding resident well-being Qualifications & Skills: CPR and First Aid certification Strong assessment and documentation skills Experience in senior care or medication management preferred This role demands clinical precision, regulatory adherence, and a compassionate approach to resident care, contributing to a safe and supportive environment for seniors. #J-18808-Ljbffr LiveWell Homecare Agency
