The primary goal of this role is to ensure high understanding, rapid adoption, and effective utilization of the Cora Program Management tool within the North America Commercial Service aftermarket project.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute growth plans in a defined geographic region to achieve annual sales growth targets.Customer Relationship Management & ERP database maintenanceCoordinate with Sales and customer to enter appropriate account informationOrder SupportPurchase Order/Contract review; order qualification and processing; post sales follow up; customer and program engagement; coordination with Sales, Professional Services and Supply Chain departmentsCollaborate with Supply Chain/Inventory, Programming, Shipping, and Finance departments to ensure on time deliveries and consistent customer communicationPhone support – field inbound calls regarding customer inquiries and ordersQuote ManagementCustomer & Product SupportTroubleshoot logistics, product and procedural issuesAct as a customer advocate to ensure timely delivery and engage in customer complaint processActively participate with Client Services team to establish processes and improve efficiencyAdd value to internal and external customersSupport clients program/project complianceLead qualification and follow up with SalesReturn Materials Authorization for post-sale servicesComplete projects with little supervision and/or directionOther tasks as assignedRequired QualificationsAssociate's degree.3+ years' experience supporting software implementations or user adoption programs or change management.3+ years of experience with ERP systems or field service management software such as SAP, Salesforce, Cora or similar project management tools.Preferred QualificationsProven track record of working with end-users to drive the adoption of new software and improving user workflows.Preference preferably in an aftermarket, field service, or manufacturing environment.Associate's or Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a business-related field.5+ years of experience in software support, application support, or a similar role, preferably in an aftermarket, field service, or manufacturing environment.Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and MS Office Suite.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical users.Experience with ERP systems or field service management software.Patient & Service-Oriented: Focused on delivering an excellent user experience to technical staff.Collaborative: Skilled at working across teams.Pay RangeThe annual salary for this position is between $79,000.00 - $158,000.00 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range include, but are not limited to, skills, education, experience, and other unique qualifications of the successful candidate.
