Assistant Store Manager - Jiffy Lube Multicare

We're seeking talented candidates for an Assistant Store Manager position at Jiffy Lube. Jiffy Lube is America’s leader in vehicle preventive maintenance services with over 2,000 locations. Responsibilities Provide hands‑on overall leadership, training, safety guidance, motivation, and direction to store teammates to meet operational objectives, store financial performance, and guest service goals. Maintain an energetic and fun working environment for all team members. Frequently perform functions of other store team members such as Lube Techs and Mechanics/Certified Technicians due to business needs or team member absences. Qualifications Previous vehicle maintenance experience strongly preferred, but not required. Stable work history in a physical environment with supervisory experience is desirable; training will be provided. Current and valid driver’s license required.
