As our organization continues to grow, we're looking for an experienced and motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our recruiting team. Position Overview As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will manage the full-cycle recruitment process for Home Health Aides, Licensed Practical Nurses, and Registered Nurses. You'll play a key role in helping us attract, hire, and onboard exceptional caregivers who embody our commitment to quality care. Key Responsibilities Recruit, source, and hire Home Health Aides (HHAs), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs), and Registered Nurses (RNs) Create and manage job postings across multiple recruiting platforms Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and community outreach Conduct phone screenings and interviews to identify qualified candidates Guide new hires through the onboarding process and collect all required employment documentation Ensure compliance with New York State regulations and Affiliated Home Care hiring standards Represent Affiliated Home Care at job fairs, career events, schools, and community recruiting initiatives Assist with new hire orientation and provide a positive onboarding experience Promote employee referral programs and other recruiting initiatives Meet weekly hiring goals while maintaining a high standard of candidate quality Qualifications Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred Minimum of two (2) years of recruiting experience in home care or healthcare staffing Experience recruiting HHAs, LPNs, and RNs required Strong sourcing and recruiting skills using job boards, social media, and community networking Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) preferred Must be authorized to work in the United States Compensation & Benefits Salary: $70,000-$80,000 annually , based on experience Benefits Include Paid Time Off (PTO) Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance 401(k) with Company Match Career Growth & Advancement Opportunities Supportive and Collaborative Team Culture The Opportunity to Make a Meaningful Difference Every Day Affirmed Home Care is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer. #J-18808-Ljbffr Affirmed Home Care
